ShebaMiles members with eligible Asiana Airlines flights still missing from their accounts should submit their mileage claims by October 31, 2026. Ethiopian Airlines’ loyalty programme gives that deadline in its September 17 notice about changes to the Asiana partnership.

This is a reminder ahead of the stated deadline, rather than a new announcement of the policy.

Which flights can still earn miles?

The official ShebaMiles update says eligible Asiana-operated flights completed on or before October 15, 2026 can earn miles. Flights operated from October 16 onward no longer qualify for accrual to ShebaMiles under this partnership.

The October 31 claim deadline does not extend the eligible flying period. A flight taken after October 15 should not be assumed to qualify merely because a claim is submitted before the end of the month.

How to start a missing-mile claim

ShebaMiles links to its Claim Missing Miles service, which redirects customers to the programme’s sign-in page. Check the flight date and your account activity, and keep your ticket and boarding-pass records available when reviewing an outstanding credit.

The partnership notice states the calendar date without specifying a cutoff hour or time zone. Submit well ahead of the deadline rather than relying on a last-minute interpretation.

Award travel has a different cutoff

The same notice permits ShebaMiles award travel on Asiana flights departing on or before December 16, 2026. It says those award tickets are not valid for travel from December 17 onward. Applicable Star Alliance Gold benefits for ShebaMiles Platinum and Gold members on Asiana-operated flights continue through December 16.

Those dates should not be confused with the earlier end of mileage earning. These are ShebaMiles’ published arrangements; other loyalty programmes may have different rules.
