Scoot has extended cancellations of its Singapore–Jeddah flights until February 28, 2027, citing the geopolitical situation in the Middle East. Its latest advisory covers TR796 from Singapore to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and TR797 in the reverse direction.

The airline notice was updated on November 2 at 3 p.m. Singapore time. The page was first posted on July 14; this is an updated cancellation period.

How to request a refund

Affected passengers who decide against travelling may request a full refund. Direct Scoot customers should use the email contact linked in the advisory. If a travel agent or partner airline issued the booking, contact that seller for help.

Keep booking contact details current through Manage My Booking so flight-status updates can reach you.

Check before making new plans

February 28 is the stated end of the cancellation period, not confirmation of a March 1 restart. Check the airline’s latest notice and your specific booking before arranging onward travel.
