United Airlines will rotate its Chef’s Table menus for United Polaris international business class from November 1 through December 31, 2026. The airline’s October 29 announcement lists 30 new dishes from 11 chefs associated with ten cities.
Who can order, and when
The new menu announcement applies to Polaris international business class. It does not describe an airline-wide rollout of these chef-created dishes to every cabin.
Eligible customers can select the Chef’s Table options through United’s website or mobile app from five days before departure until 24 hours before the flight. Check the choices shown for your own booking rather than assuming every dish in the announcement is available on every departure.
Examples from the new rotation
The airline lists Nancy Silverton’s spiral meat lasagna, David Barzelay’s grilled rack of lamb and Tomos Parry’s grilled halibut among the choices. Salads and appetizers are also part of the rotation.
The collaboration’s first menus began on August 1. November’s change is the next seasonal rotation, with further rotations planned into 2027.
Before choosing a meal
Use the preorder options attached to the actual reservation and check any dietary requirements separately. A chef’s name or a menu description should not be treated as confirmation that a meal meets a particular dietary requirement.
