LATAM Airlines Brasil plans to connect Geneva with São Paulo/Guarulhos from April 2027, adding a nonstop option between western Switzerland and Brazil. Genève Aéroport announced the route on October 30.

The service is planned three times a week with Boeing 787-9 aircraft. Ticket sales are due to begin on Sunday, November 1, 2026, through LATAM and other sales channels, according to the airport.

The announced flight pattern

Direction Departure days Departure Arrival
Geneva to São Paulo/Guarulhos Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12:05 p.m. 6:55 p.m., same day
São Paulo/Guarulhos to Geneva Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday 6:05 p.m. 9:55 a.m., following day

All times are local and subject to change. The airport’s announcement specifies April as the launch month without giving a first-flight date. Travellers should confirm the operating dates and timetable when booking.

Connections through Brazil

Guarulhos is LATAM’s connecting hub for destinations across Brazil and South America. The airport highlights onward links to Argentina, Chile, Peru and Colombia. The new service would give Geneva passengers a direct flight to that hub; an onward journey still requires a connection.

The route is separate from Air Transat’s announced summer 2027 expansion, another recent addition to Geneva’s long-haul plans.
