Emirates plans to replace the Boeing 777 on its daily Dubai–Mauritius EK709/710 service with an Airbus A350 from November 1, 2026. The change was announced on October 22; this is a preview of an upcoming aircraft deployment, rather than a new route or an inaugural-flight report.
Which flights are affected?
The airline’s announcement lists EK709 leaving Dubai at 07:55 and arriving in Mauritius at 14:40. EK710 leaves Mauritius at 18:30 and reaches Dubai at 01:10 the following day. All times are local.
Emirates says its other two daily Mauritius services continue with A380 aircraft. The A350 plan therefore concerns one daily rotation, rather than every Emirates flight to the island.
Cabins on the planned A350
The announced 298-seat layout has 32 Business, 28 Premium Economy and 238 Economy seats. Business has a 1-2-1 arrangement with direct aisle access and fully flat seats; Premium Economy is arranged 2-3-2.
Check the flight number before choosing a cabin
Compare the flight number, date, operating aircraft and seat map on your own itinerary before paying for a preferred cabin. Aircraft assignments can change. For an overnight return, use the arrival date printed on the ticket when arranging onward travel.
