Aeroméxico plans to resume flights between Mexico City and Saltillo on March 18, 2027. The airline’s October 27 announcement gives travellers a future start date to plan around; it does not mean the service is already operating.
The route links Mexico City’s Benito Juárez airport (MEX) with Plan de Guadalupe International Airport (SLW), serving the Saltillo area in Coahuila. Aviacionline’s October 27 report describes the planned return after the route was suspended in 2019.

Check which Mexico City airport your itinerary uses
MEX and Felipe Ángeles (NLU) are different airports. When comparing a Saltillo journey or an onward connection, read the airport code on every sector rather than treating “Mexico City” as a single interchange point.
- Confirm the arrival and departure airports, dates and connection time before accepting an itinerary.
- If separate tickets are involved, review the transfer and baggage arrangements instead of assuming the flights connect automatically.
- Recheck the airline’s current timetable and fare conditions before paying.
